From coordinating care, keeping me updated, to giving kind words of encouragement through this difficult process. Job takes the time to explain everything in a relatable way. Vuk is very tenacious, no-nonsense, and handled negotiations superbly; yet very caring and personable to clients. Lauren and Ro are just absolutely amazing! Everything I asked or needed was addressed quickly and thoroughly. Everybody working my case called periodically just to check in, aside from communicating about the case.
