These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vbattorneys.com (the "Site") and your communications with Vujasinovic & Beckcom, PLLC, doing business as VB Attorneys ("VB Attorneys," "the Firm," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form, or communicating with us through the Site, by text, or by phone, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Using the Site, contacting us, or submitting information through a form, chat, text, or email does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship with VB Attorneys is formed only when you and the Firm sign a written engagement agreement.
Content on the Site is general information about legal topics and the Firm. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your specific situation.
Every case is different and turns on its own facts and law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when we post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept the revised Terms.
