Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Vujasinovic & Beckcom, PLLC, doing business as VB Attorneys ("VB Attorneys," "the Firm," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit vbattorneys.com (the "Site"), contact us, or communicate with us by form, email, phone, or text. By using the Site or providing information to us, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you request a consultation, fill out a form, call or text us, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone or mobile number, mailing address, and any information you choose to share about your potential legal matter. Please do not send confidential case details until we have agreed in writing to represent you.

Information we collect automatically

When you use the Site, we and our partners automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links and content you interact with, referring website, and general location. See Section 5 for details on cookies.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from analytics and advertising providers, our service providers, and referral sources, which we may combine with the information described above.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries, evaluate potential matters, and provide legal services;
  • To communicate with you, including by phone, email, and text message;
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • To measure and improve our marketing, and to deliver and personalize advertising (see Sections 5 and 6);
  • To comply with legal and ethical obligations and to protect our rights and the rights of others.

3. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages through our messaging providers, including Salesmsg and Aircall. We send these messages in connection with inquiries and matters you initiate with us, such as consultation and appointment scheduling and reminders, case-related communications, and responses to your questions. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of hiring the Firm or receiving any service.

No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The mobile phone numbers and opt-in consent we collect for text messaging are shared only with the service providers that help us deliver the messaging you requested (such as Salesmsg, Aircall, and HubSpot), and only for that purpose. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for their own purposes, and these categories are excluded from any information we may share for advertising as described below.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information as follows:

  • Service providers. With vendors that perform services for us, such as website hosting, our CRM and marketing platform (HubSpot), and our messaging providers (Salesmsg and Aircall), who may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners. With third-party analytics and advertising partners, including Google (for example, Google Analytics and Google Ads) and similar providers, so they can perform advertising, measurement, and personalization services on our behalf. This includes sharing certain information with these partners for ad personalization and audience features such as Google Customer Match, so that we can reach and re-engage people with our advertising. Any customer information we use for these features is information collected in a first-party context, such as through our Site and forms, and is used consistent with applicable law and the partners' policies.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Firm, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • With your consent. When you direct or authorize us to share your information.

As stated in Section 3, information you provide for text messaging, including your mobile number and opt-in consent, is excluded from the advertising sharing described above and is never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic and usage (for example, through Google Analytics), and deliver and measure advertising (for example, through Google Ads and other advertising partners), including remarketing and Google Customer Match. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.

6. Your Advertising Choices

You can manage Google's use of your information for ad personalization through your Google Ad Settings. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. You can also use your browser's controls and any Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor where required.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, to obtain a copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and residents of other states may have similar rights under their state laws.

To exercise a right, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will verify your request as required by law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, to communicate with you, and to comply with our legal, ethical, and recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
