Mr. Long was working and requested batteries for a headlamp - he was denied but went about his work. When Mr. Long went to perform some work after this denial, he fell off the vessel, injuring his head, shoulder, and arm.

Mr. Long initially hired another attorney to handle his case. A settlement was allegedly reached, but Mr. Long did not realize it meant the end of his cure and he believed he was still owed additional treatment. He hired VB Attorneys to scuttle the settlement and continue his case.

After multiple hearings and an appeal, we were able to successfully scuttle the settlement and began work to build up his case again.

It was our pleasure to help Mr. Long and get him the compensation he deserved.
