Board Certification in Personal Injury Trial Law is awarded by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization after a lawyer proves substantial actual trial experience, passes a rigorous examination in the specialty, and is vetted by judges and fellow lawyers. It cannot be bought, and it is not a marketing award. Less than 1% of Texas lawyers hold it. Both VB partners do.

No win, no fee. We advance all case expenses (experts, investigators, court costs), and we are paid only as a percentage of what we recover. If there is no recovery, you owe nothing.
