A rear-end collision on I-45
The 18-wheeler struck the rear of Donna’s Dodge Neon as she traveled through Houston. The impact sent her car out of control and into a concrete barrier. Donna died from her injuries.
The case against United Van Lines and K.C. Salley
The truck driver worked for United Van Lines. K.C. Salley Van & Storage was also involved in operating the truck. Vuk pursued the family’s claims against both companies and the driver.
Vuk filed the lawsuit in Nueces County. The defense sought to move it to Harris County, but Vuk opposed the transfer and kept the case in Nueces County.
