Todd Elias is a highly accomplished personal injury and maritime trial attorney based in Houston, Texas, with more than three decades of experience representing injured workers and families in complex, high-stakes litigation. Throughout his career, Todd has secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts across a broad range of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
Todd earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1993. He is licensed to practice in Texas and is admitted to multiple U.S. District Courts, including the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, as well as Arkansas.
