Burn Injury? Vuk Discusses Evidence Preservation

The absolute most important thing that needs to be done as soon as possible after a burn injury is PRESERVE THE EVIDENCE.  If a burn injury victim brings a legal claim, he or she has the burden to prove the case.  A fire injury case cannot be proven if the evidence is not preserved.

The attorney in charge needs to know how to hire a team of qualified fire investigators and send them to the scene to investigate, document, photograph, and preserve all of the available evidence.  The fire investigators needs to determine the cause and origin of the fire.  Without a determination of these two things, a burn injury case likely will fail.  If you would like a review of a burn injury case by any one of our THREE lawyers who are Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, please give us a call. Vuk Vujasinovic, Brian Beckcom, or Curtis Bickers will answer all of your questions - for free.
