Todd Elias, Of Counsel, is a highly accomplished personal injury and maritime trial attorney based in Houston, Texas, with more than three decades of experience representing injured workers and families in complex, high-stakes litigation. Throughout his career, Todd has secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts across a broad range of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
Todd earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1993. He is licensed to practice in Texas and is admitted to multiple U.S. District Courts, including the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, as well as Arkansas. His practice focuses on maritime and offshore injuries, railroad worker claims under the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), serious workplace accidents, toxic exposure, industrial site injuries, and major motor vehicle collisions.
Todd is widely recognized for his trial results and legal excellence.
