"You two did a great job, I believe the Suarez family deserved to get more."

Jose Suarez, the ironworker whose family we represented.

We represented the family of Jose Suarez, an ironworker who drowned building the pedestrian bridge for the Baylor University football stadium in 2014, in a lawsuit against Austin Bridge and Road, Austin Commerical, Flintco, Derr and Isbell, Genie/Terex, Core Safety, and Robishaw Engineering. The case went to trial in April 2016, and the jury placed 100% responsibility on Austin Bridge and Road and returned a verdict of $17,720,000 in favor of our clients.

Rosendo was one of the jurors, and the week following the verdict, he contacted us to share his thoughts on the case:

"Mr. Vujasinovic and Ms. Laurenzo,

"I was on the jury for Baylor bridge accident and after the trial I was a little upset with the final verdict so I just left without telling you two the following...

"You two did a great job, I believe the Suarez family deserved to get more, please let the Suarez family know I fought very hard in deliberations for them.

"Thanks."
