Milton Hernandez

Milton Hernandez was born in Veracruz, Mexico and raised in Houston, Texas. He attended the University of St. Thomas where he participated in both athletic and academic extra-curricular activities. Milton played for the University of St. Thomas’ Men’s Soccer where he was a part of the Conference Championship team in 2013. At The University of St. Thomas, Milton was also a member of the school’s Fighting Celt Mock Trial team who made school history for winning an invitation to the Opening Round Championship (ORC’s) in back to back years. Milton graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2017, majoring in Political Science with a concentration in both Pre-Law, Public Administration and also obtained a minor in Psychology.

After graduating from St. Thomas, Milton began working as a legal assistant doing criminal defense work. With a couple of years of experience under his belt, Milton continued to pursue his passion for law by obtaining a paralegal certification from Boston University in 2018.

In 2021, Milton joined VB Attorneys as a Paralegal / Case Manager where he plans to utilize all of his personal injury knowledge. Milton has worked in personal injury law since 2018. He has built his legal experience through both the intake and pre-litigation phases of personal injury. He’s mastered methods for tracking the treatment of personal injury clients following their accidents from intake all the way through their medical rehabilitation process. He has also assisted in various litigation aspects from drafting pleadings and discovery to preparing clients throughout the litigation process.

In his free time, Milton enjoys attending live music and sporting events (pre-covid), being a foodie, and spending time with his two rescue pups Oslo and Helsi.
