On Thursday, October 22, 2015, Vuk Vujasinovic and a construction safety expert inspected the scene of the scaffolding collapse that injured 6 workers. The 500 Crawford apartment complex being developed by the Finger Company was the scene of a massive construction incident that has all of Houston concerned about worker safety on October 16.

Vuk and his team have been hired by 3 of the injured workers, Victor Ruvalcaba, Jose Luis Martinez, and Tomas Ruiz, to investigate the cause of the scaffold collapse. On Tuesday, October 20, 2015, we obtained a temporary restraining order that prevents the Finger Company and Triple-S Masonry, one of the subcontractors for the construction project, from tampering with or destroying any of the evidence from the collapse. The temporary restraining order also allowed Vuk and a safety expert to personally inspect the accident scene and the evidence.
