AT&T settles car accident case brought by injured waitress

AT&T initially denied Digna's claim, refusing to admit that its driver was at fault for the accident. Digna hired our firm to pursue her case. VB lawyers filed her case in Harris County, Texas.

We worked up Digna's case, proving the crash was the fault of the AT&T driver and proving Digna's injuries.

We negotiated a $500,000 settlement for Digna, which was achieved less than one year after the crash. Attorney fees were $200,000, and litigation expenses were $18,000.

$500,000 settlement; $200,000 attorney fee; $18,000 expenses
