Reports indicate three workers were injured in an explosion at a plant owned by Thermal Polymer Systems in Angleton, Texas.  Two of the burned workers were evacuated by life flight, and the third was transported to a hospital by ambulance.

The cause of the explosion and resulting fire is not known at this time.  OSHA will conduct an investigation which will seek to determine the cause of the explosion.  At the conclusion of its investigation, OSHA will write a report and may issue citations to any responsible parties.
