An Omaha Mother Is Being Charged For Child's Brain Injury

A 26-year-old mother in Omaha, Nebraska named Tiffany Joseph was being charged with felony child abuse for the February 27th incident that left her 3-year-old daughter with brain injuries.

While Joseph was backing out of her driveway, the toddler was not restrained in a proper child car seat and when one of the car windows was being rolled up, the girl’s head somehow got pinned.

It is unclear who rolled up the window, but it is reasonable to see that the girl was playing a little too close.

Joseph remains in custody and is pending a $10,000 bail.
