Lyondell Investigator Admits Plant Fire Was Life or Death Scenario

This is the fire which the company has consistently described as a minor event. Which is strange, because in this video, the lead investigator testifies under oath that the fire was a high level emergency situation and that all of the contract workers were justified in treating it as a "run for your life" scenario. Apparently, the company's media relations department does not communicate with the safety department. Unfortunately, it has required litigation to get the true story from the company concerning this refinery fire.
