Two men are facing serious consequences after being caught drinking and driving, one for the fifth time and one for the third time. Fortunately for the Harris County community, neither man caused a traffic accident before being apprehended by Houston police.
The first man, William Johnny Cage, 70, a resident of State Highway 6 North, was arrested by police for driving while intoxicated. He was released from Harris County Jail after posting a $10,000 bond. According to court records, Cage was first convicted of DWI in May 1990, and was convicted again in January 2006.

Houston police also arrested another man, this one for his fifth DWI. Jesse Lopez, a 35 year old resident of Town Creek Drive, was arrested Wednesday and charged with a felony charge of driving while intoxicated.
Due to the serious nature of the charge against him, Lopez is being held without bond. According to the complaint against him, Lopez has four previous DWI convictions. The first was in December 1998, another in February 1999, a third in December 1999 (felony charge), and the last one was in August 2004 (also a felony charge).
