Transocean roustabout hires VB Attorneys for Jones Act injury claimA roustabout employed by Transocean recently hired our law firm to help him with his Jones Act claim following his injury on a semi-submersible rig offshore Houma, Louisiana in the Gulf of Mexico.  The roustabout was injured when a piece of equipment on the offshore rig hit him, causing injuries to his back and other body parts.  Our lawyer Vuk Vujasinovic is lead counsel on this Jones Act claim.

The maritime claims company Schuman Consulting immediately became involved in the roustabout's medical care, and we are working with this consulting company in ensuring our client receives the benefits he is entitled to under the rules of Maintenance & Cure.

This Jones Act claim remains pending.
