Two different one-vehicle rollover accidents in Corpus Christi this week resulted in one lost life and one critically injured driver.
The first Texas car accident took place on Tuesday afternoon in the westbound lanes of Interstate 37 in Corpus Christi. According to police, witnesses saw an SUV careen off of the right side of I-37, over the grass shoulder, and on to an access road to the right of the interstate. The car then swerved back onto the interstate before leaving the road again and rolling over multiple times.
When emergency responders arrived, they found a 19-year-old woman in the car seriously injured. She was wearing her seatbelt during the accident. Her current condition is unknown, and investigators are looking in to what might have caused the woman to lose control of her vehicle.
In the second Corpus Christi rollover car accident, a 39-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash along Highway 286 near the intersection of FM70 early on Friday morning. Police believe that the man lost control of his car when the pavement road turns to gravel, though there were not witnesses to the crash.
The Houston car accident attorneys at Vujasinovic & Beckcom send their condolences to those involved in the recent accidents.
