Today a Harris County District Judge signed a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against Enterprise Products, ordering the company to preserve all evidence related to the potential causes and consequences of the February 8, 2011 fire and explosion at its Mont Belvieu, Texas natural gas facility.
