Houston law firm files case for brain injured motorcyle rider

The Houston injury firm of Vujasinovic & Beckcom has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a brain injured motorcyle rider against Quick Silver Hauling, L.L.C.  The trucking company's employee was driving an 18 wheeler which rear ended the motorcycle rider, throwing him to the ground.  The investigating police reported that the 18 wheeler driver was at fault in causing the crash.  This 18 wheeler - motorcycle crash happened on May 19, 2008, in Houston, Texas.  The case is pending in Harris County, Texas.
