A must-read list of five questions you should ask the insurance company before signing any papers or giving a statement

Here are five questions you should seriously consider asking the insurance company or company representatives after an accident, injury or wrongful death claim:

1. What are the limits of insurance? (How much insurance is available to cover your claim)

2. Will you send me a letter in writing confirming that you have accepted full responsibility for the accident on behalf of your insured?

3. Will you confirm in writing that you will pay all medical bills, lost wages, and at least that much in pain and suffering?

4. Can I have a written admission that the insurance company will admit fault?

5. Will you send me a copy of your claims file so I can look at it and see what you really think about my injury claim?
