I was hurt in an accident that was caused by a Toyota recalled vehicle -- but I was not in the Toyota car, I was in a different car that it hit. Do I still have a case?

A: Yes.  You do not have to be occupying the Toyota recalled vehicle in order to be entitled to compensation in a Toyota Recall Lawsuit.  If you were in a car that was hit by a runaway Toyota recall vehicle, you have just as much of a case as any of the occupants of the Toyota car.
