VB Maritime Lawyer settles offshore case against Liberty Maritime

The Chief Cook aboard the M/V LIBERTY STAR suffered a hernia and a back injury while trying to lift an extremely heavy box of frozen meat by himself.  This seafarer had previously notified his employer that he did not have enough help in his cooking and kitchen duties, however, help was not provided.
