Rear ended driver settles car accident case

David was driving an HISD maintenance truck and was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Main St. and E. 27th St. in Houston, Texas.  An employee of Hargrave Electric Company, Inc. driving a 2500 Chevrolet HD pickup truck rear ended the maintenance truck.  David mainly hurt one of his knees in this car crash.
