Houston passenger in car that hits parked 18 wheeler obtains settlement; brain injury; eye injury; spine disc injury

Pablo was a passenger in a car driven by his friend northbound on I-45 near the Woodlands, Texas, in the early morning hours.  The car left the roadway and entered the shoulder, and hit an 18 wheeler that was parked on the shoulder.  Pablo suffered catastrophic injuries, including a mild brain injury and vision problems.  The parked 18 wheeler was under the control of Reyno Leal, doing business as Leal Trucking.
