Driver settles rear end accident case against 18 wheeler driver and employer, Ray Mart Inc.

Humberto was driving his Mercury Topaz in Sugarland, Texas when he was rear ended by an 18 wheeler.  The 18 wheeler driver was working for Ray Mart, Inc., and this company had insurance with Safeco Insurance.
