AT&T pays settlement to Houston driver broad sided by company employee; low back herniation injury with back fusion surgery

Digna was driving her vehicle through an intersection in Houston, Texas when a van driven by an AT&T employee ran a red light and broad sided her.  Digna mainly hurt her low back in this crash.  She ended up having a back surgery.

AT&T initially denied Digna's claim, refusing to admit that its driver was at fault for the accident.  Digna hired Vujasinovic & Beckcom to pursue her case.  V&B lawyers filed her case in Harris County, Texas.
