Yet another fire erupts at LyondellBasell refinery near Pasadena TX

Unbelievably, another fire has erupted at the LyondellBasell chemical plant near Pasadena, Texas.  The fire occurred today, November 23, 2010.  According to the company's spokesperson, David Harpole, the fire began "when a feeder line leaked diesel fuel."  It will be interesting to hear what additional statements the company makes concerning this most recent fire.

Just six months ago, a giant fire erupted at this same refinery, causing injuries to many contract workers.  VB Attorneys represent many of these contract workers in litigation that is currently ongoing against the company.
