Yes, the insurance company WILL do everything to avoid paying your claim

If you’ve recently been hurt in a car, bus, or tractor trailer accident, you might be in for an unpleasant surprise when you deal with the insurance company.  You might expect them to take care of you after your accident, but sadly that isn’t what really happens.

 

While the insurance company adjuster may start out treating you like their best friend, things quickly go south as soon as you start getting into the details.  All of a sudden, your friendly adjuster will seem like more of a cold, impersonal stranger bent on wearing you down.

 

Don’t take this personally.  It is all part of the game that many insurance companies play.  Remember, insurance companies are in business to make money.  This means that they do everything they can to protect their bottom line – even if it means treating accident victims unfairly.
