The Kansas City Star is reporting today that Allstate Insurance Co. is refusing to produce documents that the Missouri Supreme Court has ordered it to produce and produce publicly. The Court has levied a fine on Allstate of $25,000.00
per day. Why is Allstate so afraid to produce the documents that it is willing to defy the Missouri Supreme Court's order and pay $25,000.00 a day to avoid public disclosure of the documents?
