This is a video of a witness to a Truck Accident in Houston at the Houston Ship Channel. The witness testifies that Diego Cipriano was at fault for the accident. Mr. Cipriano was on the job with Richway Cartage when it happened (he was assigned to this company by Associated Marine Staffing ("AMI")).
