A truck accident early this morning killed four people in Pharr, Texas near the border crossing with Texas and Mexico. Apparently, a van was hit by two 18-wheelers traveling in opposite directions. The van's driver was killed. Three men in a pickup truck took evasive action and plunged over the side, and they were also killed.
