Train accident severs 11 year old girl's legs

The Houston Chronicle is reporting that a young Houston girl had her legs severed by a Union Pacific train.

The authorities are investigating.

Although studies show that train accidents decreased last year, more than 700 people died in train accidents while 7,000 more were injured.

Our law firm represents injured railroad workers and others who have been injured in train accidents.  If you would like to discuss a potential case, please submit your information using our website's contact form or call toll free at 877.724.7800 to talk to one of the founding partners about your potential case.
