LOCATION OF ACCIDENT: Houston, Texas
DESCRIPTION OF TOYOTA ACCIDENT: Driver operating brand new 2009 Toyota Camry approaching stopped vehicle in front. Driver applied the brakes, but the Toyota kept going and crashed in to the back of the vehicle in front.
