DESCRIPTION OF TOYOTA ACCIDENT: Driver was operating a 1999 Toyota Camry in Houston, Texas. She was approaching a vehicle in front of her, and applied her brakes. The brakes did not work, and she crashed in to the back of the car in front of her.
