Toyota Recall death count continues to rise

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that three more deaths linked to runaway Toyota cars have been posted to the government's auto safety database.  That brings the Toyota Recall death toll to 37 at this time.

NHTSA just recently asked Toyota to hand over recall related documents, in order to assess the timeliness of Toyota's recalls.  Part of this effort is related to the fact that Toyota had at least 100 complaints from Toyota drivers BEFORE THE RECALL. 

Several wrongful death lawsuits relating to the Toyota Floor Mat Entrapment Recall and Toyota Pedal Recall have been filed across the country, including some in Texas.
