Tire blows on 15 passenger van causing rollover crash and multiple fatalities

News agencies are reporting a crash involving a 15 passenger van, which occurred on I-10 near Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  The front left tire of the 15 passenger van blew out, causing the van to lose control, rollover and crash in to another vehicle.
