Texas Work Accident Lawyer: Judge in Deep South crane case issues "Pretrial Order No. 3"

The Judge presiding over the Deep South crane collapse cases has entered his third pretrial order.  This order sets some important case deadlines.  It establishes an initial order concerning the trial of the cases, as well as the mediation of various levels of cases.

There is one crucial deadline that is not in this Order, however.  That is the deadline by which victims of the crane collapse must file a lawsuit -- the legal terms for this is "statute of limitations."  If a person does not file their lawsuit by this time, they will be forever barred from filing a lawsuit and they will lose their claim forever.  This deadline is rapidly approaching.
