Texas Man Is Injured After Crash Involving Four 18-Wheelers

An Idaho car accident involving four 18-wheelers and two other vehicles left Zachary B. Henager of Temple, TX severely injured. Another driver involved in the crash was killed.

According to Idaho State Police, Henager was driving his automobile when it went out of control on U.S Highway 95, just north of Coer D’Alene, Idaho.

Henager ran into an 18-wheeler which then collided head-on with a semi operated by James M. Mady. Mady was killed at the scene.

During the scene, another tractor-trailer swerved to avoid the crash and the rig hit a fourth semi. Following this, an SUV also swerved causing his vehicle to drive directly into a ditch.

Henegar and the driver he ran into are currently hospitalized and U.S 95 was shut down for eleven hours.

18-wheelers are monsters of the highway. When driving next to them, they should always be welcomed with caution.
