St. Louis Industrial Worker Crushed To Death

Butler Merchandising Solutions, a sign making company in St. Louis, witnessed a fatal workplace accident on Tuesday.

Brady Perkins died after he got stuck in the press machine while working the night shift at the facility. Perkins was crushed to death.

There were no other witnesses that saw the incident, so it is unclear why Perkins became trapped in the “pickup truck-sized” press.

The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) are expected to launch an investigation, but with no witnesses it can be very difficult.

Safety protocols need to be demanded by employees at companies such as these. When people speak up about issues, they are more likely to change. Injuries do not need to be a constant worry.
