Should PHI helicopter company be grounded after the second fatal crash in less than a year?

PHI, Inc., according to its website, "provides aviation services to the offshore oil and gas, onshore mining, international, air medical and technical services industries."

However, PHI helicopters have been involved in two deadly crashes in the past 8 months that resulted in 12 deaths.  (We've written about both crashes here and here.)

What is going on at PHI?  Should the company be grounded until the NTSB and any private attorneys hired by family members have an opportunity to fully investigate the cause of both crashes?

With 12 deaths in so short a timeframe, perhaps it would make sense to ground PHI until further investigations are completed.  It seems like the safe thing to do.
