Jurewitz Law Group Takes on City of San Diego In Wrongful Death Case

The San Diego personal injury attorneys at the Jurewitz Law Group, one of California's most respected personal injury and wrongful death law firms, have announced a lawsuit against the City of San Diego in their claims against Old Town Trolley Tours of San Diego, Inc., which owns and operates San Diego Seal Tours, and the City of San Diego.

Ross Jurewitz, the lead lawyer on the case, is pressing on behalf of the family of Virginia Ortega to force the City of San Diego to recognize, analyze, and fix the problems at dangerous intersections, including the one where Ms. Ortega was killed.

According to the lawsuit, this is at least the third accident at the same intersection where a pedestrian was seriously injured or killed in a similar manner as Ms. Ortega.
