Is your Jones Act lawyer BOARD CERTIFIED?

A lot of lawyers advertise for offshore injury cases. But you probably didn't know the following:

Most lawyers are not qualified to handle an offshore injury case. Probably less than 1% of all lawyers are offshore qualified.

Most lawyers are not Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law. According to the State Bar of Texas, only 2% of all Texas lawyers have this board certification.

AND VERY, VERY FEW LAWYERS ARE BOTH OFFSHORE QUALIFIED AND BOARD CERTIFIED.

To find out whether your lawyer is offshore qualified, ask these Jones Act lawyer questions.

To find out whether your lawyer is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial law, go to the State Bar of Texas website and type in the lawyer's information.
