Insurance company giving you a hard time after a serious back injury?

After suffering from a serious back injury in an accident, you could find yourself fighting a new battle as you struggle to get the insurance company to give you a fair settlement for your injuries.  Insurance companies are notorious for doing everything they can to avoid paying out large settlements to accident victims.  And this isn’t about accident victims getting rich, it is about victims having enough money to pay for the months, years or even lifetime of medical care they’ll need after a bad accident.

Here’s what we know about the insurance company when it comes to back and spine injuries:

  1. They’ll drag your case out as long as possible.  They know that time is of the essence, especially if you are struggling to make ends meet after the accident.  You have bills to pay, a family to provide for, and your future to consider – the longer they drag it out, the more desperate they hope you’ll become.  Don’t give up – talk to an attorney before you agree to anything.
  2. They’ll scare you away from hiring a lawyer.  Insurance companies do NOT like lawyers.  Why?  Because we know that accident victims usually get stiffed by insurance companies, and we are able to get victims more money than they can usually get on their own.
  3. They’ll try to get you to accept a small settlement.  All their tricks come down to their bottom line.  How little can they give you to make you go away?

Please don’t fall for these tricks.  You deserve more after suffering a debilitating back or spine injury in a Texas accident.  Please contact our experienced and aggressive BOARD CERTIFIED attorneys today to discuss your case.
