Galveston worker dies at city water plant

Andrew Hunter, a 45-year old Galveston City employee, died when he fell into an intake chamber while working at the city wastewater plant.  Witnesses reported that he became caught and fell into the chamber.  Rescue teams arrived but not in time to save Mr. Hunter.
