Drunken driving accident death highlights danger of intoxicated drivers

A  Harris County, Texas boy was killed this past weekend when the pickup truck he was riding in was hit from behind by an intoxicated driver.  The drunken man’s truck was so badly damaged in the collision that he wandered off on foot, only to be retrieved later by authorities and returned to the scene of the crime.  He was charged with intoxication manslaughter and his bail was set at $30,000.
