Linda Ramirez has worked for V&B for six years, first as receptionist, then as a legal assistant and more recently as Assistant Case Manager.  Her present position involves helping all of my clients with their medical appointments and questions. She also does the settlement of their case when it ends. Another one of her duties is to contact potential clients, do their intake, consult with the attorney and start their file. 
Of all the cases she has been involved with, the ones that mean the most to her are the ones where we are able to recover money for the death of a loved one. One of the first cases she got familiar with was of a client who worked for a landscaping company and was thrown from the landscaping truck and killed. His family lived in Mexico and she was in charge of getting them a visa to come to the US. He had a large family and they were all very nice people, his youngest child drew her a wonderful picture which she keeps at my desk. We were able to get them a nice settlement ($700,000.00) and they were very grateful but of course nothing could take the place of their loved one.

Linda Ramirez, one of our Legal Secretaries, has been with the firm almost since its inception. She speaks fluent Spanish enabling her to work with our many Spanish speaking clients and also does intake of our potential new clients.

Linda is a native Houstonian and prior to working at Vujasinovic & Beckcom, PLLC she was in the travel industry for fifteen years.
